9、公务员现代信息和通讯技术的教育和培训
从一定程度上来讲,公务员的信息素质以及应用能力的高低,是政府信息化能否落实的关键。适应政府信息化发展的需要,每一位公务员除了必须具备基本的电脑操作以及应用能力处理政府公务以为民众服务之外,也要适应信息时代的到来,依其专业性质和业务需要,具备较高的信息网络应用的相关能力,这样才能成为一个符合信息时代要求的公务人员。
