The study of the violation and protection for farm-workers’ Rights in the city
——the investigation report of farm-workers’ rights in wuhan
Abstract: The report describes work and living conditions of the farm-workers in Wuhan by analyzing a great deal of the investigation data .We can see from them that the farm-workers’ rights in Wuhan are violated seriously,so the writer brings up some countermeasures at the aspect of social policy, social security and work force market etc.to protect the legal rights of the farm-workers.
