【Abstract】: Recently western nations, US as their representative, basing on copyright idea, have been unceasingly forcing-out the BT (BitTorrent) application, one of the most popular P2P applications. It has carried on from BT platform to BT individual user; from US to Western Europe nations again to developing nations. Once copyright system was used to pursue and protect free communication. However they force out the BT application at present whose goal is for free communication and free documents exchanging .Copyright system has dissimilated a tool to maintenance creation industry, which has betrayed the original goal. Accordingly, this article attempts to rationalize the above phenomenon. The author holds that, just with the booming of printing technique and market economy, the copyright system become one kind of system realization from people pursuing the free communication. Then the author infers that the present dissimilation is mainly the result from the market logic expands; that copyright system faces with subversion and reconstruction under network technique condition; that we should rebalance relations between the demands that the people freely communicates and that the market pursue the profit.
