sk of history is to bring bac:k the past historical events via narration, in which the occur-rence, development and end of historical events are of substantial importance. Because of´ the clifferences, philoso-phers and historians have often been in dispute. Philosophers criticize historians for over - cosideration of historicalevent.s so as to ignore reason while historian blames philosophers for the application of imagination and fiction intohistory. Despite the disputes, neither philosophers nor historians deny the c:omplementary relationship between phi-losophy and history so chat a compromising iclea ( represented by Croce) has appeared. In this article, the possibili-ty of historical philosophy is analyzed, with consideration to the theoretical framework.
