奥曲肽治疗消化系内分泌肿瘤进展
时会产生疼痛。冰敷注射部位及让药物恢复至室温可减轻注射疼痛。
9 小结
由于奥曲肽治疗上述消化系统内分泌肿瘤的资料尚不多，尤其是缺乏与现有疗
法的比较、远期效果等资料，故目前尚不能对奥曲肽在这些内分泌瘤治疗中的地位
作出结论性评价。但可以认为，奥曲肽治疗某些不能手术和化疗，或化疗效果差，
目前无良好疗法的消化系统内分泌瘤是合适的。对手术前后控制症状无疑是有益的
。
