组织中产生的调控也与IL-1有相似之处。E2可抑制TNFα的产生,而
1,25(OH)2D3则促进TNFα基因转录,增加TNFα形成[19]。这些全身激素常通过
调控骨组织中的细胞因子产生从而调节骨形成。
除以上局部因子外,其他因子如表皮生长因子(EGF)、TGFα、血小板源性生长
因子(PDGF)及一氧化氮等均对骨形成有明显作用。
