2 . 主语 + be considered + to be + 主语补足语

〖明晰〗consider 做“认为”时可以带不定式的复合结构，即：主语 + consider + 宾语 + 不定式（主要是 to be 做宾语补足语）。如果将宾语变为主语，则 consider 用被动语态，原来作宾补的不定式便变成为主语补足语。注意：to be 常常被省略后成为：consider + 宾语 + 名词（或者形容词）。
