The  Lawmaking  Prediction  on  E-evidence

Abstract：As  more  and  more  activities  are  conducted  through  electronic  means，an  important  aspect  of  this  legislation  is  the  use  of  “Standard”  as  a  means  to  prove  the  integrity  and  authenticity  of  E-evidence．E-evidence  has  its  own  characteristics  which  is  different  from  the  traditional-style  evidence．In  order  to  regulate  E-evidence  systematically，the  Lawmaking  Prediction  of  E-evidence  become  cognitive  jumping-off  point．
