资讯时代中伦理导向之决策制定架构
著以决策观点来防制不道德行为是一件困难的事。决策的目标是在有限资讯的状况下，做出最符合道德的决策，并非做出一个最完美的决策；亦即在有限资讯的情境下，提升个人的道德层次。根据Kolhberg的道德成熟理论，人的道德层次是可以经过训练、宗教影响力、直觉及逻辑思考等方式来提升（Kirrane 1990），因此只要将伦理理念融入决策及
