从精英到大众高等教育质量观的转变
而就的，也不是抛弃和革命式的。我们认为，对高等教育质量观而言，从精英到大众的转变是一个观念逐渐更新和融合的过程。也许只有这样，才能解决从精英到大众高等教育转变中的诸多两难问题。
