对成人参与高等教育的动机取向、学习成就的分析
势,但这部分学员获得学习成就的比例要低于来自城市的学员。因此,成人成员获得学业成就的比例总体上不是提高了,相反,还存在下降的趋势。要扭转这种趋势,加强对基层学员的学习帮助是当务之急。
