合作虚拟咨询服务系统QuestionPoint的发展及其本地化应用
建立，应该从一开始就本着建立可检索的知识数据库的信念，制订比较详细的编辑规则和字段，而不是仅仅只记录过去的问答。
现在，CALIS已经开始进行高校图书馆的分布式合作虚拟参考咨询项目的规划和建设，希望这个项目能够尽早完成和提供服务，以进一步加强我国数字图书馆的建设与发展，弥补我国在这方面的空白。
