教师的自我更新：背景、机制与建议
5200万学生提供免费个人主页和E-mail空间。ASD为每个在线学校统一编码，使人能查找自如，给学校、教师之间的相互交流搭建了宽阔的电子信息平台。
我国虽然教育网络起步较晚，但发展势头迅猛。目前，除全国性的教育专业网站（如中国教育热线、中国教育和科研计算机网、中华教育在线、中国公众教育信息网、中国教育信息网、中国教育信息网导航台、中国基础教育21世纪、中国教育网络促进会、中国基础教育网、中国中小学教育教学网、园丁网等）之外，各地方还有自己的教育网或教育信息网（如北京教育信息网、上海市中小学教育信息网等），各大门户网站一般也设有教育频道（如新浪网文教频道、搜狐网教育频道等），甚至各学科也建立了自己的网站（如语文教学资源网、语文教育网、中学数学、数学教育教学资源等等）。如果教师经常光顾教育网站，还会不断发现新的对自己更有价值的链接。
可以说，我们现在的教师与上一辈老教师相比有着更便利、更丰富的可利用教育资源。我们相信，只要老师们保持自我更新的意识，就一定能够成为一名不断更新、使自己的教育教学活动充满创造的教师！如果我们每一位教师都充分认识到自己对学生成功的影响，是自己使得学生的生命历程正在发生改变，那么我们绝不会放弃自我提高和自我更新。
