教师的自我更新:背景、机制与建议
经常光顾教育网站,还会不断发现新的对自己更有价值的链接。
可以说,我们现在的教师与上一辈老教师相比有着更便利、更丰富的可利用教育资源。我们相信,只要老师们保持自我更新的意识,就一定能够成为一名不断更新、使自己的教育教学活动充满创造的教师!如果我们每一位教师都充分认识到自己对学生成功的影响,是自己使得学生的生命历程正在发生改变,那么我们绝不会放弃自我提高和自我更新。
