5. Co-operation in normal teaching

Demonstration of classroom teaching is helpful for both the demonstrators and the observers, Sometimes it's necessary to give a trial lesson in one class and demonstrate it in another. Or one teacher majors in a certain topic, so that the other classes share his speech.

6. Co-operation in developing software articles

Developing software is a hard job, esp. for middle school teachers. In spite of this, we must face the music and try our best in a clever way. A piece of software work is the terminal of excellent co-operation.

Some teachers are familiar with Macromedia Authorware, others are expert at Microsoft PowerPoint. Some are good at drawing or colour-matching, others are skilful at typing. Creative scripts and attractive designs are essential. Before an article is packaged, it must be tested over and over again.

Only by working together, can we make some practical software works.

For example, if you want to develop a game "The Globe", one person is to set up two maps of the world and their respective fragments. One is the popular version in China, the other is the popular version in the West; a second person designs the front page and other pages; a third person sees to the interaction between the hypertexts of different types: button; hot spot; hot object; target area. A fourth person is to edit the background music. A group of students are to be called in to test the game and their responses and remarks are to be collected in order to make necessary changes.

All in all, co-operation brings us great benefit. So far, achievements of our school is a good example of fine co-operation. If more co-operation prevails, more achievements will be made.
